All firearm sales and transfers will be strictly conducted in accordance to local, state and federal laws. Magazine and firearm ammunition capacity laws vary by state, Desert Dog Firearms LLC will follow and comply with all local and state restrictions regarding these limits. Please contact us with any questions or to setup a transfer via ATF form 4473.
By purchasing a first aid or trauma kit, or first aid and trauma kit supplies you are acknowledging that you have the proper training and understanding of products and accessories to use them safely, appropriately and in accordance to all laws and scope of training. Desert Dog Firearms does not offer medical advice and assumes no liability for use of first aid and trauma products sold by us.

OUR RETURN POLICY
The Small Print
All firearm sales are final. Firearm transfers are conducted in accordance with all federal and state laws, a service and restocking fee will be applied to all special order firearm sales that are not able to be transferred to customer. All warranties are handled according to the individual manufacturer’s warranty policies. Accessory sales are eligible for return or exchange for 14 days after purchase at Desert Dog Firearms LLC’s discretion. All firearm accessories must be returned in the original packaging in unused condition to be eligible.

All in stock items will ship within 24 hours from time of purchase, actual delivery speed is determined by the carrier. Customers will be notified of tracking information as it becomes available. Special orders may be shipped directly from manufacturer or from Desert Dog Firearms at our discretion, all tracking info will be provided as it becomes available.

Ammunition and firearm purchase requirements: Buyer must be over the age of 21 years to purchase pistols, handguns, revolvers and handgun ammo, 18 years for rifles or shotguns and ammo, and never have been convicted of a felony or adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution. All state, local and federal laws apply. By placing an order on this website you certify that you can legally purchase, receive and own firearms or ammunition. Please do not attempt purchase if you are prohibited from buying the item in your area.
The Gun Control Act (GCA), codified at 18 U.S.C. 922(g), makes it unlawful for certain categories of persons to ship, transport, receive, or possess ammunition and firearms, to include any person:
convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year;
who is a fugitive from justice;
who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act, codified at 21 U.S.C. § 802);
who has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution;
who is an illegal alien or, except as provided in 18 U.S.C. 922(y)(2), has been admitted to the U.S. under a nonimmigrant visa;
who has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;
who has renounced his or her United States citizenship;
who is subject to a court order restraining the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of the intimate partner; or
who has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
Restrictions:
No firearms, ammunition, or firearm accessory sales to residents of New York, Maine, California, Connecticut, Illinois Massachusetts, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington DC,. No exceptions.
Our system charges credit cards when the order is placed and if you make a purchase and are from an area listed above your order will be canceled and refund will be less up to 10% fee to cover the lost costs from the attempted transaction.
All firearm transactions must be done in person or shipped to a valid FFL. If firearm is to be shipped, please provide a current copy of FFL matching name and address of FFL firearm will be shipped to. If ordering a firearm for in person transfer and pickup, we will contact you to schedule a time for the transfer.
