WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All firearm sales are final. Firearm transfers are conducted in accordance with all federal and state laws, a service and restocking fee will be applied to all special order firearm sales that are not able to be transferred to customer. All warranties are handled according to the individual manufacturer’s warranty policies. Accessory sales are eligible for return or exchange for 14 days after purchase at Desert Dog Firearms LLC’s discretion. All firearm accessories must be returned in the original packaging in unused condition to be eligible.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All online orders are credit or debit card only. Firearm sales will incur a 3% credit/debit card fee. In-person transfers and purchase pick up are cash or card.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS FOR TRANSFERS?

Transfers are by appointment only. Please call (575) 223-8118 or email andy@desertdogfirearms.com to schedule transfer or for a copy of our FFL.
